I have a few things to note about this. Just be aware, I'm not trying to be mean since people assumed that before.
1. When you make heads, don't rely on the circle tool. Circle tools shouldn't be used as the main drawing, but great for bases/sketches. As you try this, you should see some changes. As you make your own heads by hand, it seems more realistic and neat.
2. With the bandana, try and make the outline the same as the body outline.
It just stands out in a weird way, which would make it look better as every style matched in one drawing.
3. You probably heard this before, but try erasing unnecessary lines. There's not much to say here, but sometimes it's just neater with the less distracting lines.
4. Whenever you draw, its BEST if you use a reference. It can really help the basic anatomy down, and you can see where every placement should be.
As you use a rederence, don't ever trace. Just references always help.
